Key Responsibilities

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
• Billing, invoicing, and collections
• Financial reporting and record keeping
• Coordination with management on budget and financial matters

• Bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online)

• Experience with one or more of the following: TADS, Blackbaud, Clarity, Ravinia, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and professional appearance required for client site visits

• Comfort working across multiple software platforms simultaneously
