Job Description
We are looking for motivated individuals to join a growing team dedicated to helping families understand and access available benefit options. This is NOT a Work-from-Home position so candidates should be residing in Palo Alto, CA and legally authorized to work in the US.
This opportunity is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, staying organized, and building a long-term career. You will be managing at least 10 remote Customer Service Representatives working 8-hour shifts from all across the world.
Full training is provided for qualified candidates, along with ongoing mentorship and team support.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day affairs of customer service reps under your supervision
- Tabulate weekly hours clocked by each of your reps and forward reports to the finance team
- Manage team KPIs to ensure targets are met
- Explain information in a clear, simple, and professional way
- Answer client questions and provide helpful support
- Assist with digital forms and account updates
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up notes
- Build strong relationships with clients & co-workers
- Participate in training, coaching, and team development
