Job Description
We are looking for motivated individuals to join a growing remote team dedicated to helping families understand and access available benefit options.
This opportunity is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, staying organized, and building a long-term career from home. You will be speaking with clients who have requested information, helping them schedule virtual appointments, reviewing available programs, answering questions, and supporting them through a simple online process.
Full training is provided for qualified candidates, along with ongoing mentorship and team support. Previous experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to clients who have requested information
- Book and confirm virtual appointments
- Review benefit options through phone or video meetings
- Explain information in a clear, simple, and professional way
- Answer client questions and provide helpful support
- Assist with digital forms and account updates
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up notes
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Participate in training, coaching, and team development
- Work remotely using phone, video, and online tools
